Are you a bit tired of Minecraft or just want to try new experiences with block games? We have put together a collection of games that are very similar to Minecraft and we are sure you are going to like them, check out the amazing list of games!

#1 – Terraria

terraria

Platforms: PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Android, iOS, Wii, Nintendo switch

Undoubtedly for me, one of the most original and similar to Minecraft in terms of blocks as the gameplay is totally different and Terraria shines a lot in this aspect.

One of the strongest points of Terraria is that the game evolves as you get to eliminate bosses within the game so you always have things to do. You can chop, crawl, build, kill, and much more in this 2D world.

Biodiversity has a very interesting point since, in each bioclimate, you will find different difficulties, materials, and monsters.

The game experience is amazing and you can play in cooperative mode.

If you want to know more about the game you can find it on their website https://terraria.org/.

Terraria is a game with much more action than Minecraft. It is a game where you can’t stop making constructions and elements that will help you develop in all aspects of your character.

#2 – Stardew Valley

Stardew valley

Platforms: Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Android, GNU/Linux, PC.

Although Stardew Valley is a game quite similar to farm simulation games, you will also have to set up a village, a farm, make friends with NPCs, discover the world and get materials to sell to grow more and more your little empire.

If you want to live a great experience with a small farmer and his animals, this is your game.

Stardew Valley has had one of the highest scores on Steam since its launch in 2016 and has been constantly updated to improve it.

Plus, it can be played cooperatively with your friends, so playing with them will always be even more fun.

You can Buy Stardew Valley here.

#3 – Cube World

Platforms: PC

The big difference between this game and Minecraft is that this is a role-playing game, which means that you will have to progress in the game to get upgrades for the character and kill stronger and stronger monsters.

You can choose between 4 different classes which are:

  • Warrior
  • Ranger
  • Rogue
  • Mage

Each of these classes has different abilities and totally different equipment depending on the class.

This game with friends is much more fun and you can do a lot more things. Graphically it is very similar to Minecraft but the game style is different because it is much more oriented to kill monsters and do quests.

Many more surprises await you in Cube world. Buy it here.

#4 – Lego worlds

What could be better than bringing Minecraft and Lego together in one game? Well, this is where an amazing game like Lego Worlds comes in. Explore, discover, create and enjoy a whole world made of Lego pieces.

If you want to make the epic constructions you have in your mind and you want to give them a fun Lego shape, this is the game for you. The best thing is that you can make almost any structure in detail with very few limitations.

Undoubtedly, the graphics are its strong point because the blocks are very well made and the amount of structures you can make is unimaginable. Do missions with Lego blocks as you’ve never done before.

You can buy it here.

#5 -TerasologyTerasology

Platforms: PC

Very similar to Minecraft from the graphics to the features but this is Open source (free), in which everyone can contribute their bit to make a better game. At this point and being Open Source is receiving constant updates making the game more and more complete.

There is really not much more to highlight because it shares much of the gameplay with Minecraft so if you have ever played Minecraft, you will know how most of the things work.

It’s a free option if you want to enjoy a game like Minecraft.

You can download it here.

#6 – Craft the World

Craft the world

The objective of this sandbox Craft the World is to defend your lair full of dwarves so they can access the portal and go to another world where they will continue defending themselves from more zombies.

It is a mixture of several games like Minecraft, Dungeon Keeper, Terraria, and Dwarf Fortress that make the experience unique and totally different from all the games you’ve played.

Build, defend, create, protect, discover and use the best strategy to progress within the game along with the dwarves that will work for you.
